America Votes
I woke up at a horrendously early 6.30am this morning to catch the CNN's election day special. (because of the 13-hour difference here and New York, where CNN is broadcasting from) So anyway, I watched the TV for around one and a half hours before deciding that, since the polls were still open, I'd go back to catch some sleep. I woke up before 11 and stuck myself to the TV again. And I have watched news for oh my goodness almost 6 hours today, alternating between CNN, BBC and any other news station I could find on our the poor choices the local cable service provides. And I'm am really annoyed that after so long, there's no decisive projection and I am so tired and really want to go back to bed. :/
And I will, since from what I've garnered, unless Bush wins the Mid-western states, there will be no winner in the election race because Ohio's final results will depend on provisional ballots and the military votes. Since whether I glue my eyes to the TV or not, I'm still not going to know anything, I am just going to bed, and hope that when I wake up, Kerry's going to win. Okay, so I supported Bush just a while back, but I've reached the conclusion that morals is the one thing that should never be compromised. And since I support gay marriages and not the war, it's fairly clear I figure.
I'll have to be resting more today, since tomorrow is the beginning of the GCE A's. Alright.
Heading to dreamland.
